Itinerary:

DAY 1: NJP RAILWAY STATION / BAGDOGRA AIRPORT – GANGTOK

On arrival our representative will escort you from the Airport/NJP Railway Station to the vehicle. Transfer to Gangtok (5500ft/ 130 kms / 4 hrs).. Check in Hotel. Evening free time for leisure on your own. Overnight stay at Hotel.

DAY 2: GANGTOK

A full day sightseeing covering Rumtek Monastery OR Ban Jhakri Water Falls along with Dro Dul Chorten, Ranka Monastry, Namgyal Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Tashi View point, Ganesh Tok, Gangtok Ropeway & Flower Show. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 3: GANGTOK – LACHEN

After breakfast proceed to Lachen (9,800ft/ 122 km / 6 hrs). Enroute visit Singhik View point and Seven Sister Water Fall. Arrival at Lachen in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Lachen.

DAY 4: LACHEN – CHOPTA VALLEY & GURUDONGMAR LAKE – LACHUNG

Early morning drive to Chopta valley (13000 ft) and Gurudongmar Lake (17000 ft). Back to Hotel for Lunch. After lunch proceed to Lachung(8,800ft). Arrive Lachung in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.

DAY 5: YUMTHANG VALLEY EXCURSION

Early Morning drive to Yumthang-valley(24 Km & 11,800 ft) also known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis. On the way back visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. Spend afternoon interacting with the local people and their day-to-day lifestyle. Overnight stay at Lachung.

DAY 6: LACHUNG – GANGTOK

After breakfast departure for Gangtok (117kms/6 hrs). Enroute witness the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls. On arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

DAY 7: GANGTOK– NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB AIRPORT
